张秋菊，别名南山、重阳子，女，河北安新人。擅长连环画、儿童美术。1961年天津河北美术学院国画专修班毕业。后历任《河北美术》、《河北画报》、河北美术出版社编辑、编审。所编图书《长发妹》、《小精灵画传》、《儿童简笔画教程》、《哪吒》、《济公》等获第二届全国连环画优秀图书奖(二等)、冰心奖、黄河金牛奖。编绘系列套书《小八戒传》、《菊花女》、《简笔画谱》、《科学家摇篮》等获优秀图书奖。
